Corum Group on donated G$1 million to the Civil Defence Commission (CDC) to aid flood relief efforts and to provide support to the families and communities affected by the catastrophic floods.
Presenting the cheque was Iman Cummings, Director of Communications and Business Development at the Corum Group.
According to Cummings, the Corum Group felt that it was their duty and responsibility as a Guyanese company to support the families and communities that have been severely affected.
Receiving the cheque was Deputy General of the CDC, Major Loring Benons, who lauded the company for its contribution.
